Refund policy

Every sign we make is carved to order, specifically for you. Nothing we sell is taken off a shelf.

Before we cut anything, we send you a proof to review — a drawing of your sign showing the exact wording, layout, size and finish. Please read it carefully, particularly the spelling of names and addresses. The proof is your opportunity to change anything.

You may cancel your order at any time before you approve your proof, for a full refund, for any reason or none. Just tell us.

Once you approve your proof, we begin production and the sale is final. We cannot accept a return or issue a refund after that point, because a sign carved with your name or address has no other customer.

If we make a mistake — if your sign does not match the proof you approved — that is on us. Tell us and we will make it right.

If your sign arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, see our Shipping Policy. In short: tell us, and we will handle it.

Production times: when you order, we show you the month your sign is scheduled to ship, and it appears on your order confirmation. Your sign can ship any time during that month, eg, you agreed to October, your sign could possibly ship October 31st. That is our production schedule at the time you order, not a guess. If anything changes it, we will contact you.
