How do I choose a color?
You can pick from any of our stock colors for no extra charge. You will find them here. If you would like a color that is not listed, you will need to provide us with a color name from a major paint manufacturer. Benjamin Moore or Sherwin Williams is preferred, but other major paint manufacturers may work as well. Just ask us. For any color that is not listed in our stock colors, there will be an additional $45 charge.
Please note that colors may not look exactly the same on your screen as they do in person. We recommend that you get the actual color card listed on our color swatches from the manufacturer if you are unsure. You can write your colors in the notes section at checkout. If you forget to do that, not to worry. We will email you and confirm everything about your sign before we start making it. We will also send you proofs at that time.

How do I choose a size?
Some of our listings have multiple size options, and some only list one size. You are not limited to the sizes in our listings. Just let us know the size you need and we will let you know the new price.
Semi-Gloss vs. Matte finish
We offer semi-gloss and matte clear coats. You can specify what you prefer by contacting us, or adding it to the notes section of your order.
How do I let you know what I would like on my sign?
Just send us an email before your order and we will send you a proof. OR you can go ahead and order from a listing if you are sure your sign meets the size and text options and add your details to the notes section of your order. Half numbers and special characters are accepted.
Do you offer double sided signs or different shapes?
YES! Just contact us first because the pricing is different. We will make you a reserved listing to order from. We also add eye screws to the top of double sided signs if you would like.
What if my sign has more text than what is pictured?
Just contact us first and we will let you know if there is a size or price change. We are a custom shop and expect your unique ideas. Just ask!
Will you create a design or proof for me to see? Do you have a gallery of photos to look over?
Yes! We do not send our proofs in color, but your actual sign will come painted as requested.
I would like a totally different sign than what you offer.
No problem. Please be as specific as possible, especially if you are requesting a totally new style sign or artwork. If you have changes to your original design, we will change it up to two more times, then will require a $50 deposit to continue designing.
Will I receive in time for Christmas or special event?
As Christmas approaches, we will determine an order cut off date. Typically, it's early in November although in some years, it's been earlier. It depends on our order load. It's best to order well in advance if you want a sign under the tree. We also offer gift certificates that you can order well into December. For other "need by" dates, ask us our current shipping time. Some months are busier than others.
Where is my sign?
We work tirelessly on the orders to get them out as soon as possible. Certain times of year, like Spring/Summer/Christmas, can be VERY busy, and it's not unusual to have 100+ signs to carve, paint, and ship. All of our signs are hand made from raw materials, so as you can imagine, they take time to make. We've developed systems and processes to shorten the time to produce a sign, but with the volume of orders that we get, it takes time to work down the list. When you order a sign, you will see a general range of when your sign will ship. This info will be on the sign's info page, the cart page, and in the email you receive when you complete your order. From the moment you order your sign, it is moving it's way up the carve list and soon enough, it will be in the line up to make. You will get an email from us when it's ready to ship. Thank you for your patience on this. It will be worth the wait!
